
How to Install a Power Inverter
A safe installation requires correct battery voltage, short heavy DC cables, overcurrent protection, ventilation and secure mounting.
High-power inverters can draw hundreds of amps from a battery bank, so DC-side design is the critical part of installation.

Mount Close to the Battery, Fuse the Positive Cable and Ventilate
